Abigail Marie Burgess, Age 18 of Arcadia, Michigan died Friday, March 13, 2015 at Henry Ford Hospital in Detroit. She was born on March 6, 1997 in Grand Rapids, Michigan the daughter of Todd Lon & Jennifer Marie (March) Burgess. Abby was a student at Frankfort High School. Her hobbies included Rainbow Loom, all arts & crafts, riding horses, taking care of animals, working on the farm, fishing, & deer hunting. She was a member of Trinity Lutheran Church in Arcadia. Abby is survived by her parents; Todd & Jennifer Burges, her brother; Ethan, and sister; Allison of Arcadia, her maternal grandparents; Jim & Carol March of Arcadia, her paternal grandfather; Lonny Burgess of Traverse City, Aunts & Uncles; John & Ellen March, Dan & Lezlie March, Angela & Scott Duvall and many cousins. She was preceded in death by her paternal grandma; Jean Burgess. A Celebration of Life will be held Wednesday March 25, 2015 at 7:00 PM at Frankfort High School with Pastor Ted Beiderwieden officiating. Memorial Services will be held Thursday, March 26, 2015 at 12:00 Noon at Trinity Lutheran Church in Arcadia with Pastor Ted also officiating. The family will receive friends at the church Thursday morning from 10:30 AM until time of service. Memorial in Abby’s name may be made to GoFundMe for Abby’s Medical Fund.
