David Peter Mucha, Age 64 of Manistee died Saturday, January 31, 2015 at his home. He was born on December 8, 1950 in Manistee, the son of the late Richard “Shorty” & Carol (Severson) Mucha. He was a 1969 graduate of Manistee High School and later received his Associates Degree from West Shore Community College. Dave married Suzanne M. Zemlicka on July 5, 1973 in Manistee. He was employed by A.D. Joslin Company in Manistee for 25 years and as a phlebotomist and currier at West Shore Medical Center. He also had been employed by Clark Equipment Company. He was a member of Trinity Lutheran Church in Manistee where he served as an Elder for 13 years. He also attended River of Life Ministries. He also was a member of the Spirit of the Woods Music Association. Dave enjoyed painting and drawing, playing tennis, traveling, and music/concerts. David is survived by his wife, Sue Mucha; son, Jason (Aimee) Mucha; grandchildren, Lillianna & Nathaniel Mucha; all of Manistee. He was also preceded in death by his sister, Gloria S.
