Katherine J. (LaPan) Richardson, age 88, of Ludington, formerly of Bay City, passed away on Wednesday, October 15, 2014 at Oakview Medical Care Facility. She is survived by Daughter, Janet (Charles) Pollard of Ludington; son, Tim (Onnalee) Richardson of Bay City; Son-in-Law, Bill Lusher of Ludington and Mt. Morris; Grandchildren, Jennifer (Michael) Jarema, Mark Lusher, Matthew Pollard, Patrick (Beth) Pollard, AnneMarie (Eric) Pomeroy, Andrea (Josh) Snyder, Laura (Jeremy) Pawlak; Great-grandchildren, Allyson Lusher, Alex and Aubrey Pollard, and Katie, Tim and Charlie Pomeroy. She is preceded in death by her husband, Douglas Richardson, and daughter Kristine (Richardson) Lusher. Cremation has taken place and the Mass of Resurrection will be held at 11:00 AM on Friday, November 7, 2014 at St. Simon Catholic Church in Ludington. The family will receive friends for visitation from 10:00 AM until the time of the service. Memorial contributions in memory of Katherine may be directed to the Mason County District Library.
